As a Service Crew member at KAYSTEAKLOBSTER SDN BHD, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. You will assist in maintaining stock levels and support kitchen staff during peak hours. Your role includes addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about the menu and service standards.
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
