As a Trust and Safety Associate, you will be a key defender of internet safety by reviewing and classifying user-generated profiles, audio, video, and text content according to strict client guidelines. Your role involves investigating complex issues, escalating reported problems, and ensuring the removal of objectionable material. You will actively participate in well-being programs and training to stay updated on evolving policies while contributing to process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent comprehension and communication skills in Turkish and Mandarin.
Strong emotional resilience and stress-management skills for handling sensitive content.
High attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from multiple streams.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to perform duties objectively.
Deep familiarity with internet culture and political/social awareness of relevant regions.
Ability to work in rotating shifts and non-standard work hours.
Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.
