Candidates must be prepared to handle potentially objectionable or sensitive content and engage in discussions regarding socially sensitive topics while maintaining objectivity.
Job Requirements
Excellent comprehension and communication skills in Swahili and English.
Strong emotional resilience, coping, and stress-management skills.
Deep familiarity with internet culture and political/social awareness of the relevant region.
Ability to work differing rotations, shifts, and non-standard hours.
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is preferred.
