Role Summary

The Voice Support – Arabic Language is responsible for providing operational support through outbound calls to review attributes according to the GDO Policy. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will work as an Operator for Basic Review, making outbound calls to ensure adherence to client and company policies. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to review attributes according to the GDO Policy.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with quality and productivity standards.
  • Adhere to both Client and Cognizant policies and Code of Ethics.
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
