Job Description
The Voice Support – Arabic Language role involves working as an Operator for Basic Review, making outbound calls to review attributes according to the GDO Policy. The associate is responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with quality, productivity, and escalation standards while adhering to both Client and Cognizant policies and Code of Ethics. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
