Workday Core HCM (Human Capital Management) Functional – Accenture Malaysia

The Workday Core HCM Functional role is responsible for supporting Core HCM functionalities that manage the employee lifecycle and workforce administration. This position involves collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of the Workday system.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and functional consultants to support the Core HCM functionalities. Your day-to-day tasks will include requirements gathering, configuration support, data analysis, and system testing, all within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Support the configuration of the Workday Core HCM module.
• Conduct data analysis to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Assist in system testing and validate testing scenarios.
• Provide end-user training and create training materials.
• Maintain and update functional documentation as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM with other Workday modules.
