As a Data Management Executive, you will execute data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities in compliance with defined migration standards. Your responsibilities include managing repeatable data processes, identifying data quality issues, and contributing to the development of sustainable data control mechanisms. You will also collaborate closely with HR, IT, and system implementer teams to ensure data readiness and establish post-go-live data governance routines.
3–5 years of experience in data management or HRIS support, ideally in SAP environments - Involvement in at least one data migration project, preferably for HCM systems - Experience working with HR data, employee master data, or organizational structures - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field - Training or certification in SAP data tools or other data migration tools within HRIS systems is a plus - Exposure to data governance or data management frameworks is advantageous
