Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and employee relations.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
Possess own transport and valid driving license; willing to travel if required.
