We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations and act as a strategic link between HR and business units. The role involves partnering with leaders for workforce planning, managing the internship program, and implementing HR initiatives. You will identify people-related risks, monitor workplace culture, and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will drive employee engagement through activities and reward programs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
Proficient in HRIS, HR analytics, and reporting.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and employee relations.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
Possess own transport and valid driving license; willing to travel if required.
