The Executive, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition - Ninja Mart) is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role partners with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and enhance HR operational efficiency.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily recruitment activities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and meet staffing requirements. You will also play a key role in onboarding new hires and maintaining candidate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening and candidate assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prepare employment contracts.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records throughout the recruitment process.
- Support projects aimed at improving HR systems and operational efficiency.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter.
Prior experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and rapport-building abilities.
