The Executive, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition - Ninja Mart) is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role partners with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and enhance HR operational efficiency.
In this position, you will engage in daily recruitment activities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and meet staffing requirements. You will also play a key role in onboarding new hires and maintaining candidate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter.
Prior experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and rapport-building abilities.
