Job Description

The HR Executive for Talent Acquisition at Ninja Mart manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening and candidate assessments. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prepare employment contracts, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records and supporting projects aimed at improving HR systems and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter.

Prior experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and rapport-building abilities.

Good business acumen to understand hiring markets and business strategy.
