Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily payroll processing activities, ensuring that all employee time and payroll data are collected and verified accurately. You will work closely with various teams to maintain payroll records and address any inquiries related to pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain and reconcile payroll records and spreadsheets.
- Collect and verify employee time and payroll data.
- Process payroll on schedule.
- Handle inquiries from employees or supervisors regarding pay-related issues.
- Prepare reports for finance, management, and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and wage laws.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Korean.
Knowledge of local tax and wage laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to support year-end processing and associated documentation.
Experience in payroll processing.
