
The HR Services Operations (Payroll) Specialist (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for managing and leading payroll operations within a regional or global HR shared services model. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with payroll, tax, and labor regulations while facilitating collaboration across local and global teams.
In this role, you will oversee the daily payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to enhance payroll processes and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Fluency in both Japanese and English.
Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, and labor compliance.
Experience managing payroll operations within a shared services model.
Ability to ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social insurance laws.
Experience supporting internal and external audits related to payroll.
Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members in payroll or HR operations.
