Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will engage in day-to-day activities that involve assisting in the hiring process and managing employee records. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the hiring process by sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System to streamline recruitment efforts.
  • Organize training sessions for employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with misconduct investigations as needed.
  • Update and maintain organizational charts.
  • Support HR initiatives to enhance employee relations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Spreadsheet/Forms).

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads effectively.

Possess own transportation for occasional travel requirements.
