The role is for a Specialist in Customer Success targeting Korean speakers. The position involves building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Specialist, Customer Success (Korean Speaker) supports an existing customer base to cultivate and build strong customer relationships over the customer lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires developing excellent product or service knowledge to address customer questions and concerns effectively.
Ability to manage a high volume of customer contacts and communications through phone and email each day.
Proficiency in using contact search and productivity tools to verify contact information.
Capability to conduct health checks at recurring intervals to gauge product satisfaction and value completion.
Strong product knowledge to address specific customer objections.
Ability to document and track qualitative feedback and quantitative measurements through surveys, phone calls and emails using computer systems.
Skill in capturing customers' product expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and likelihood of abandonment, known as the "Voice of the Customer".
Initiative to address customer concerns or roadblocks through appropriate communication channels to improve satisfaction or product usage.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and management to promote a positive customer experience.
