The Senior Executive, Human Resources (People Services) is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. In this role, you will manage daily payroll operations and support audit processes while identifying solutions for process inefficiencies. You will also provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance work output quality.
