The Senior Executive, Human Resources (People Services) is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role significantly impacts the organization by fostering a high-performance culture and maintaining data integrity across HR systems.
In this role, you will manage daily payroll operations and support audit processes while identifying solutions for process inefficiencies. You will also provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance work output quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
At least 2 years of experience in people management or leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Technical expertise in HRIS and Google Workspace tools.
