The Senior Executive of Human Resources (People Services) is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes and ensuring strict compliance with statutory requirements like EPF, SOCSO, and EIS. You will oversee request tracking, support audit processes, and identify solutions for process inefficiencies. Additionally, the role involves championing a high-performance culture by providing guidance and coaching to team members while maintaining data integrity across HR systems and enhancing work output quality.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
At least 2 years of experience in people management or leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Technical expertise in HRIS and Google Workspace tools.
Proven skills in project management and analytical thinking.
